Hip and the Lip 
I haven’t personally been there but I’m under the impression that the Overlook on 44th between 2nd and 3rd is a bona fide Islander bar. They consistently advertise prizes and giveaways for Islander games on their FB Feed: https://www.facebook.com/overlook.nyc/
It’s likely where I’ll be hitting up during Playoff away games. Might be worth checking out!
